Hey yall! Well for you faithful Socially It readers I have some good news! So like remember my Club 740 blog where Lainie and I did the red carpet for the Bobby Valentino concert? Right … so then I reported how we interviewed a singer named Sharde who at the time of the blog was unavailable for a mini Myspace interview remember? Well she got back to us and now I am ready to tell you all about her!

Sharde is a 22 year old Los Angelean whose aspirations include being a Grammy winning, platinum record selling powerhouse. Her vocals were developed over a course of 15 years and she still continues to be unique and consistent. I can back that up too!

So like Lainie and I were busy networking and socializing in the back of the venue. We were back by one of the bars. Neither of us realized that the opening acts were starting until all of a sudden I heard this powerful, amazing voice belt out on the microphone! We turned our heads immediately to the stage where we saw Sharde doin her thang!

As if singing is not enough Sharde is developing her style as a song writer and would also like to ghost-write for other artists. Sharde has performed all over Los Angeles and has opened up for artists like Bobby Valentino (Dec 26, 2009 @ Club 740). Sharde is currently working on her first album, which includes a mix of R&B and Neo-Soul vibes. As I mentioned in the Bobby Valentino blog we had the pleasure of interviewing Sharde, so we can definitely say she is a pleasure to talk to and her spirit seems positive and high lifted! I only wish we received the footage from that night to share with you all.
