Hello world! Let me officially introduce you to Kash Banks. I came across Kash Banks on Myspace (the cyber world of up and coming artists). When I went to click the music player on Kash Bank’s page I was very surprised to hear awesome beats with no lyrics.

Kash Banks was not always Kash Banks. This talented beat maker was born Malcolm Banks in the Bronx, NY. Malcolm first started making beats about four years ago when a friend of his told him that he produced. Making beats is more than just something Mr. Banks loves to do. He has a vision, a goal. With his beat making abilities Kash Banks plans to make a movement with new forms of rap/hip hop to switch up the music game. He would like to help create more positive opinions about rap/hip hop to take away from the stereo types that rap is all about killing and drugs etc.

One of my favorite beats on Kash Banks page right now is “Tripping.” I love it so much, I would like to write lyrics to it … making a song for Socially It. Mr. Banks was kind enough to grant me permission to do so. YAY! Another fav of mine is “Heartbeat!”
