WOW! So if you have visited our MySpace page lately you have heard the song that is playing … “Red Lipstick” by our own WEST COAST artist DeJuan. I am loving this song for real. I am a big ol’ skool funk fan. Prince, The Time, Kid Creole, Vanity 6 … I’m loving my funk. This Pasadena cutie has got the lyrics and the voice to match. PRODUCER, SONG WRITER, SINGER, ACTOR, MODEL … what does he not do? The first thing I thought of when I heard “Red Lipstick” was Prince, Usher, and a lil bit of Chris Brown. I think I played the song like 10 times in a row. I even called Anita on the phone to play his song for her. This boy can SANG!! Yes I said sang … lol!!

Our boy over at BSM is the one who introduced me to DeJuan’s music. Thank you hunny, (yes I spell honey like that). This is an artist that is going to make it all the way to the top. Dejuan shows his talent by keeping his songs different and unique with his own twist. I am also loving his song “Definition“. This joint is futuristic and fo sho funky. I played it a few times just chilling off the vibe of it. “After the Club” is a hot one too. For me to actually like 3 of your songs, wow you must have some skills. I am picky. Ha ha.
