Hi It’s me Lainie I am starting this post for Friday November 21st at Sevilla’s in Long beach. We went to Sevilla’s for the LMFAO show and if you know me then you know I am a super fan!! I just love these guys; their music, the energy, their fan base and the loyalty … everything about them.

I had never been to Sevilla’s before, although I had dinner at Smooths (which is right next door), but really had no idea there was such a nice club upstairs and right next door. It’s right on Pine Street (in downtown Long Beach, CA), so there is definitely a lot going on all around you. Anita and I took one of our NEW Socially It girls (Jennifer) out on the town to show her what we were all about.

We were on the look out for sWiNn who was our contact for the night. We had to stand in line for a little bit, UGH! It was ok cause he found us, gave us our tickets, and we went right in. Thank you so much sWiNn you are great and your events are wonderful!

You have to go upstairs to get in the club, but when you get up there it’s beautiful inside! A must if you go party in Long Beach. We got a drink at the bar and Anita pointed out these 3 lil hot mama’s next to me so I gave them a card and took a picture of them. Thanks girls for being such good sports.

We danced a lil bit and mingled and networked with the crowd. We were standing off to the side when Sky Blu and Red Foo arrived. I will not call Anita out, she will tell you what she did if she wants to, but Sky Blu came in first and Red Foo wasn’t too far behind. We had met the guys before and I have talked with Foo here and there so I was so happy when he recognized me and gave me a big hug and introduced me to his DJ. After greeting the guys we got another drink and got our dance on some more.

Before the show started we wanted to get one more drink, but the bar was so under staffed that it was taking them forever. Jennifer suggested that we go downstairs to the restaurant bar and get a drink and come back up. It worked … there was a nice vibe downstairs too with a salsa band and people dancing. We went back upstairs just in time to see the guys go on stage. We made our way to the side of the stage. I am sure I had a grin from ear to ear too. I know the words to most of their songs and I was jumping up and down and singing like a crazy person. The whole crowd was loving it! They were singing, and jumping, and dancing with their hands in the air the whole time. This was the best show I have seen in a long time. They were better this time then the last time I had seen them too! Thank you guys so much for such a fun filled night. Here are some of the picts that Anita and I captured of them on stage.

HEY EVERYBODY! It’s my turn now! This is Anita! How do ya do? Lainie captured a lot of the night, but let me fill yall in what she has not mentioned. So we drank, we danced, we drank, we danced, OH YEAH … and we drank! Lainie was right about one thing, LMFAO was so much better this time around than the first time we saw them perform over at Republic. By the way … if you want to read that review click HERE! The link is to a site (owned by Lainie) that we used to do before forming Socially It. We used to have other partners, but due to “creative differences” it did not work out! So here we are SOCIALLY IT and better than ever! HOLLA!

Um yeah we are all tipsy as heck!

Jennifer and I were also up at the front of the stage along side Lainie when Red Foo and Sky Blu performed. It was very exciting, so we both give two thumbs up and kudos to these two!

Um, but let me skip back a minute. So like Lainie mentioned that she did not want to bust me out (ugh huh). Lol. We know she is notorious for that (speaking of when she made a busted post of me from Shag when I was dancing on the VIP booth). LMAO! I still crack up about that one! Ha ha! If you do not know what I am talking about click HERE! Anyways … what she was talking about was when Foo and Sky Blu were being escorted through the crowd by security. The boys (LMFAO) know us already, so when they saw us they were like HEY! I was drunk. Sky Blu walked by first and he hugged me and I guess supposedly I said where’s Sky Blu? Sky Blu was like I am Sky Blu! BWAHAHAH! Okay look yall … I knew it was Sky Blu .. either I said where’s Foo and he thought I said Sky Blu, or I meant to say Foo and I said Sky Blu as an accident … either way … I knew it was Sky Blue! I mean they look different than one another. Foo has the big ole fro and Sky Blu has the beautiful ringlets in his hair. You’ve seen the pics … he has pretty ass hair! Lol! Needless to say it was an accident, but it was still embarrassing.

What was even more embarrassing was when I went one time with Jennifer downstairs to smoke. Not me; I do not smoke! Anyways … We were sitting out on the front patio of the restaurant below Sevilla’s. There was this SUPER cute guy talking to some girl. His attention was so focused on her (she was okay looking). Some super hot girls walked by and Jennifer and I were saying to each other, watch he is going to look, but nope he didn’t, We were like OMG (in a good way). So then I got up and he glanced over for a second at me (Jenn saw him). When I sat back down we were giggling at the fact he finally looked at someone. When we were heading back inside Jenn dropped her lighter on the ground. I bent over to pick it up and when I bent down I did not come right back up. I fell over. LOL! Then EVERYONE saw me and started laughing. NICE!

After the club let out Jennifer told us about this BOMB taco cart to the left of the club (if you have your back to the club it’s left). Starving we went over there to get our grub on. I cannot even begin to tell you how delicious these tacos were. I think they were $1.50 each and well worth it. This guy has his taco cart out there and next to him there’s a table with big bowls of different kinds of salsa to choose from and also a big bowl of chopped onions mixed with cilantro. Man we reeked of onions afterwards! Ha ha! Nothing a little soap, water, and a toothbrush can’t fix. There were some really cool people out there eating tacos too. Some how, some way the conversation ended up being about this Australian guys hot balls, but uh … it was not us talking about it … it was some other GUY saying it. Lmao! Or was it sweet balls? OH YEAH! It was sweet balls. It was weird. We all just started looking at each other and busted up laughing.

One of the cool people we met looks like Oscar De La Hoya. We were telling people that he was his little brother. One guy believed us, then started talking to the look alike about boxing and about Oscar and stuff. It was funny, you just had to be there.

Well that’s it folks for this night. I want to give my own personal shot out to sWiNn (as Lainie mentioned too). I came across him on Myspace and he hooked us up (and just in the nick of time too). When we had first got there the security was trippin. I was not pleased about that. sWiNn came through as promised and on top of that yall … he is just SO cool. Yeah … no need to keep “secrets” around here about who to talk to at the places we go. It’s all love around here and we like to spread the word about where to go and who to talk to! XOXO!
